Take a look at the new top coat of pavement at Patterson Park. The fence is in and exterior parking will be available to owners and visitors within a few days. This week we are excited to add to the functionality of the building with the completion of this construction element. Over the next few weeks you can watch as the landscaping adds to the appearance. We are almost done at Patterson Park!

Patterson Park features a light steel framing system developed and built by iSpan Systems. This product is revolutionary as a building material and it has been amazing to watch throughout this project. Take a look at this pre-assembled frame being lifted into place.
